This historic 4 bedroom 2 bath home was built in the late 1880's and Eurekan's call
it the 'house on the rocks'. It's uniquely situated downtown on
Spring Street on what looks like a rock. Well, it actually is a
rock, a very big rock. (By the way, Calypso is a moon of Saturn)
Relax in the comfortable
luxury of the Calypso living room. Wonderfully decorated, this is a
great room to start or end your day in Eureka Springs.
The parlor offers a
second formal living area for when you need a separate place or for
entertaining guests.
The commercial, gourmet
kitchen is ready for you to make a quick snack or a feast fit for a
king. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs and
includes an extra large refrigerator, separate ice machine, washer
and dryer, fireplace, and microwave.
The large dining room is
right off the kitchen and creates a formal setting for your
exquisite meals. Or you can use the kitchen counter seating for your
casual meals.
There are four bedrooms
in the Calypso Moon Townhome. Three of the bedrooms have a queen bed
and the fourth has a double bed. The sofa in the living room
can also be used for an extra person or two.
One bathroom features a
slate shower with a waterfall. You will feel like you are showing
outdoors. The second bath has a claw foot tub for soaking in and a
separate slate shower.
The Calypso Moon Townhouse has reserved street parking
right out front of the townhome (depending on number of renters,
either one or two spaces will be reserved).
